Trillium Lakelands District School Board says that as negotiations continue between the government of Ontario and the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE), that should a strike action take place on Monday, all Trillium Lakelands District School Board schools will move to synchronous remote learning until further notice.

Teachers will be reaching out to ensure students are prepared for synchronous learning. For students who do not have access to a computer, schools will be signing out the school’s inventory of technology on request. Students who do not have access to the internet should reach out to your teacher directly to make alternative arrangements for the continuation of learning.

The school board says full day child care programs located in TLDSB schools for children 0-4 years of age will remain open. EarlyON programs will also remain open.
