Traffic stop leads to cocaine and firearms charges
Bracebridge OPP have charged two individuals following a traffic stop in Muskoka Lakes Township on Saturday, September 14.
Police say that at around midnight, an officer stopped a speeding vehicle. During the stop, one passenger required medical assistance and was transported to the hospital for a non-life-threatening condition.
Further investigation led to the arrest of 34 year-old Clayton Eisan from Port Carling, facing multiple charges including impaired operation, possession of cocaine for trafficking, and several firearms-related offenses.
The second occupant, 43-year-old Charity Thompson of Barrie, has also been charged with similar offenses related to firearms possession and drug trafficking.
