William Prince, Sho Shona Kish & Aysanabee host a day of special programming on Saturday
Hunters Bay Radio will be recognizing National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on Saturday, September 30, partnering with the Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund with a special day of programming called A DAY TO LISTEN.
The first A DAY TO LISTEN took place on June 30, 2021, following the public announcement that the remains of 215 children were buried at the site of the former Kamloops Residential School.
With more than 540 radio stations participating, spanning different markets, regions, and formats, A DAY TO LISTEN hopes to inspire people throughout Canada to move reconciliation forward in meaningful ways.
Hosts include William Prince, Sho Shona Kish, and Aysanabee.
Programming runs from 6am to 6pm.
