Bracebridge offering Community Improvement grants and loans to eligible businesses
The Town of Bracebridge is reminding business owners they are offering a series of financial programs through a combination of grants and loans designed to leverage private sector investment to stimulate development and redevelopment.
The Community Improvement Plan programs provide up to 25% of the total cost of eligible projects including building, property, signage and façade improvements, energy efficiency retrofits, housing, and more. Applications for the 2023 programs are now being accepted on an ongoing basis or until funding is exhausted.
In 2022, the Town of Bracebridge contributed over $97,000 in grants towards projects that helped revitalize 32 local businesses, successfully leveraging an estimated $1,000,000 in private sector investment from the grant recipients.
