District Says Construction Is Finished On King William Until Spring
The District of Muskoka says construction on King William Street is coming to an end for the winter. Sidewalks are now accessible on both sides of King William Street throughout the limits of the construction zone. Signage and items used to delineate the roadway have been removed and are stored for the winter. Fencing has been installed along the sidewalk at Riverside Park to secure the site trailer and construction storage area which will be kept onsite for the winter months.
Construction crews may be seen finishing some minor concrete work if temperature and weather allows.
Two lanes of traffic (east and westbound) will be maintained on King William Street until construction commences again in the Spring.
