From MuskokaUnlimited.com:

All Hallow’s Eve is almost here and we’re excited!

Some will be trick or treating with friends, others hosting a Halloween party, and more will be staying home to give out candy – which is an essential and most honourable duty!

For those looking to make the most of this year’s Tuesday night of fright (we’ll have Wednesday on our minds in our house) here are some events taking place throughout Muskoka ahead of and on October 31.

An ongoing display of awesomeness has been up since October 20 and continues through October 31 at the Hidden Valley Halloween House (238 Woodland Drive in Huntsville). Their amazing decorations are a wonderful site to see and, while it’s free to check it out, they are accepting donations for the Table Soup Kitchen. The Hidden Valley Halloween House asks visitors to keep their visit to between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. daily. The best viewing times are between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.

On October 28, the annual Tiny Tots Halloween Parade takes place in Downtown Huntsville for wee ones to enjoy from 10 a.m. to Noon. Meet at the Town Hall steps. Participating merchants will have treats to give out during the safe and entertaining event. The Tiny Tots Halloween Parade is geared to the littlest ghouls and goblins.

Later in the day on October 28, you can a sneak preview walk-through of Haunters Bay Drive at 280 Hunters Bay Drive in Huntsville from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Every year, the amazing Spencer family (with the support and sometimes help from a few neighbours) sets up an interactive evening of fabulous frights for their visitors. Motorized displays which move and scare, family members dressed in scary outfits, a candy shoot complete with a skeleton head to dole out treats, and much more. This year they are again accepting food donations for the Table Soup Foundation. One ask is to park across the street or down the road but not right in front of their home.

There are more events taking place in Huntsville, Bracebridge and Gravenhurst to celebrate Halloween! Find out what, where and when at: https://muskokaunlimited.com/2023/10/24/ghouls-goblins-goodies/
