Huntsville launching new planning website in June
The Town of Huntsville is modernizing its Planning Department, with upgrades to its website, notification procedures, and the introduction of Cloudpermit for planning applications.
Richard Clark, Manager of Planning, highlighted the aim to simplify the municipal planning process for professionals and private residents. The revamped Huntsville Planning website aims to facilitate easier access to information and application submissions.
The town says the upgraded Planning Department website offers user-friendly features such as Planning FAQ, Fundamentals, News & Notices, and application forms. Meanwhile, an updated Policy for Planning Notification Procedures, approved at a recent Planning Council Meeting, adapts to changes in the media landscape, making the Town's website the primary platform for planning notices.
The new system launches in June.
