Hydroponic farm at Co-op opening on Friday

The Muskoka North Good Food Co-operative will launch their new modular food production Growcer Unit on Friday.

Originally scheduled for April 21^st, the event will feature the Co-op’s new Growcer project that organizers says is an innovative answer to growing healthy, sustainable fresh produce year-round in an indoor hydroponic modular farm while providing the community easier access to affordable, nutritious produce.

MPP, Parry Sound-Muskoka Graydon Smith and other dignitaries will be on hand at the co-op at 1pm for the ribbon cutting.
