Man charged after driving away from licensed establishment
The Huntsville OPP arrested a driver for impaired following a traffic stop on Main Street.
Police say that on Sunday at 10:14 p.m., officers observed erratic driving as a vehicle left a licensed establishment. The driver, a 40-year-old Huntsville man, failed a roadside screening device and was later required to submit to further breath testing.
As a result, the driver was charged with operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Bracebridge on March 4, 2025.
