Muskoka Lakes installs two new AED's

The Township of Muskoka Lakes has enhanced community safety with the installation of two new year-round SaveStation automated external defibrillators or AED's.
One AED is now at the Walker’s Point Community Centre, and the other at the Milford Bay Community Centre. These hubs, popular for activities like tennis, pickleball, and hiking, now feature AEDs mounted at their front doors.
Mayor Kelley says these devices, represent a major step in safeguarding the community. The AEDs are equipped with 24/7 monitoring, automatic alarms, and lighting to ensure they are always ready. They also have climate control to keep them operational year-round.
