Muskoka water quality gets a perfect score
Muskoka’s drinking water system has once again received top marks for quality and safety.
Last year’s review of the District’s water management system confirmed full compliance with provincial standards, with no regulatory issues reported.
Michael Currie, Director of Water and Wastewater Services, says Muskoka’s water systems continue to achieve a 100% rating, and the District remains committed to maintaining high safety standards. Ongoing upgrades to aging equipment are expected to further enhance reliability.
The Ministry of the Environment’s annual report, set for release this month, is also expected to confirm Muskoka’s perfect score.
