New OPP officer deployed to Bracebridge

One new OPP officer has been deployed to the Bracebridge OPP detachment after successfully completing their training. The officer is one of twelve seasoned police officers that joined OPP detachments in the Central Area.
At a ceremony held yesterday at the OPP General Headquarters in Orillia, the officers celebrated their graduation.
OPP say their detachments and the towns they serve will greatly benefit from the 130 years of combined policing experience of the seasoned officers, who come from several Canadian police forces.
