Smith applauds MAHC and South Muskoka Physicians for finding common ground on hospital redevelopment

MPP Graydon Smith says he’s pleased to share that Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare (MAHC) and South Muskoka physicians recently met to work on a hospital design that benefits our entire region.
Smith says that since last winter, he has been meeting with MAHC leaders, Muskoka doctors, municipal leaders, and the public to find common ground.
“Muskoka and Almaguin have received a historic provincial investment for hospital redevelopment, unmatched in similar-sized areas,” he says. “It's crucial to capitalize on this opportunity to build two state-of-the-art hospitals for our community's future,” he added.
