Thieves damage vehicles and steal Catalytic Converters

OPP are currently investigating the theft of several catalytic converters stolen from vehicles at Nelsons Aggregates Quarry in Severn.
On Friday, officers from the Forensic Identification Unit (FIS), attended the quarry, where numerous vehicles, including industrial machinery were tipped over causing severe damage. Officers also discovered several catalytic converters had been cut off.
Police say the investigation is ongoing, and anyone with any information about this investigation is asked to contact OPP or Crime Stoppers.
