Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare, announced the end of the COVID-19 outbreak on the South Wing at Huntsville District Memorial Hospital on Friday.
The outbreak, which lasted eight days, resulted in nine cases but no new infections in the past eight days.
As a result, the outbreak status has been lifted, and South Wing is now open to visitors, with two visitors per patient allowed daily between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.
