Two men charged with impaired

Two men have been charged with impaired driving in Bracebridge, Ontario. On January 4th, a concerned citizen reported a driver struggling with their vehicle in a parking lot near Manitoba Street.
Police arrested 38-year-old Evan Monk of Port Sydney on charges including impaired operation, failure to comply with a demand, and obstructing an officer. Monk was held for a bail hearing.
Then, on January 7th, 34-year-old Mackenzie Weaver of Bracebridge was arrested after police found him unresponsive at a service centre in Gravenhurst.
Weaver faces charges of impaired operation by drug and operating while prohibited. He will appear in court in February.
